How Professional Access Works
1. Family Invites You
The family will invite you using your email address. This is the key to accessing their case.
2. License Check & Access Grant
If your email matches a Reqium License: Access is granted immediately at no charge. You will receive a notification within your professional portal that a new case has been assigned.
If your email doesn't match a license: You will be prompted to pay a one-time access fee of £59 for that case.
3. Accept & Access
Accept the case invitation in your professional portal. Upon accessing the case, you can use the Reqium Dashboard as normal.
